Cancellation Policy
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Payment
No prepayment needed, pay at the check-in.
A valid credit card number, would be requested only to validate your reservation.
For sake of your data security, this site does not collect any personal information. Any details pertaining to your reservation, including your name and credit card number, shall be provided directly to us contacting us only at above indicated phone number and e-mail address.
Book directly to cut down third parties commissions and fees: although we are also visible on Booking.com and Expedia.com, book directly with us to save money and to get offers and discounts. Also, please consider cash payment for saving annoying bank commissions.

Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are only allowed upon approval; an additional fee could be charged.
Babies below 3 years stay for free.
Breakfast is not included in the standard fee (additional charge, if required).
A city tax of 5% of the daily room rate will be charged only for adults . This amount would be a maximum of €4 per person per night and only applies to the first 5 nights of your stay (rule established by the municipality in 2018).
Parking is not easy here in the center of the medieval town. However, it is possible on public parking lots (within blue stripes). A daily ticket would cost approximately 20 euro. Please refrain from parking within yellow stripes – that’s for residential families – thank you!
How to reach us: We recommend public transportation. For less than 2€ and within 15 minutes from the airport (5′ from the train station) you’ll be arrived. That’s the recommended procedure: (a) pick the Bus #1 at the airport or at the train station; (b) get off at the last stop called “Colle Aperto“.; (c) walk towards the main square called “Piazza Vecchia” following the main pedestrian street; (d) just few meters after the square take left slightly downhill: that’s our street, Via San Lorenzo; (e) our building (the nicest…) is at number 24 on the left side.
